Diabla Cantina is an intimate, events-only dining experience hidden beneath Taco Loft.
This is not a traditional restaurant . It is a chef’s table venue, reserved for curated evenings such as Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Eve, and select seasonal gatherings.

Menus are rarely released in advance. Each event is shaped by fire, smoke, local ingredients, and what the kitchen can source at its peak that week. Guests are invited to place their trust in the hands of the chefs and experience a meal as it unfolds, course by course, without expectation.

Diabla Cantina is also available for private bookings, offering a dark, atmospheric space for small groups seeking something deeply personal and unlike anything else in Red Deer.
